According to the Gartner report, the scope of Banks' modernization initiatives may “range from the upgrade of single payment functionality to the design of a payment services hub, involving a rethink of payment workflows.” This report says “Identifying lead vendors for a payment modernization initiative is challenging and risky. This research, based on an analysis of available payment software, will help CIO’s and heads of payments navigate this complex marketplace.”
