Mr.
Shyam Sunder, Advocate and author of the Book titled `Property registration,
land records and building approval procedures followed in various states in
India'.
The
Book is first of its kind publication in India. No one has covered the detailed
procedures followed in the Registration, Revenue and Town & Country
Planning Department in 18 States and 2 Union Territories.
This
Book was launched y'day (15th Nov - 2013) in Chennai by His Excellency The
Governor of Tamil Nadu in the presence of Thiru G.K.Vasan, Hon'ble Union
Minister for Shipping, Thiru Justice, B.Rajendran, Hon'ble Judge, Madras High
Court, Thiru.R.Gandhi, Senior Advocate, Madras High Court, Mr.V.Sreedharan,
General Manager, Bank of Baroda and Tmt.K.Malathy, General Manager, Indian
Bank. Thiru.C.H.Venkatachalam, General Secretary, All India Bank Employees
Association and Mr.Gurudutt Nananjkar, General Manager, Indian Overseas Bank
were also present during the book launch.
The
Foreword for this Book had been written by Dr.C.Rangarajan, Chairman, Economic
Advisory Council to Prime Minister and Former Governor, Reserve Bank of India
(RBI)
