Homes at 10% Payment Schemes at Chennai..

Arun Excello has launched a scheme for flat buyers (customers) who want to own a house in the Temple Green - Oragadam Township.

Under the scheme, the customer pays only 10% of the cost of the property, and no pre-EMI interest on stage payments.

The EMIs begin only on possession of the property. The balance 10 per cent is also payable only after possession.

The scheme is in compliance of the recent  Reserve Bank of India (RBI) circular on 20:80 schemes, said the Arun Excellos release. Customers are insulated from additional costs due to delays in getting possession of the property since they are not paying any pre-EMI.
