Altis Developers have
launched a high-rise project on the sea side of East Coast Road (ECR). Named Oceanique,
the residential project offers 1,250 square feet to 2,584 square feet
apartments starting from nearly Rs. 78 lakh onwards.
The 2 and b 3 edroom
apartments on a 2.4 acre plot are coming up on stilt plus 15 floor tower.
A total of 180 flats
are on offer in the project.
