The Chennai-based Vasavi Housing & Infrastructure Limited is launching a mega project Vasavi Ingai to offer budget apartments.  The new project will come up near Poonamallee over an area of 6 acres. There will be 412 units in all. It will be a mix of compact 2 BHK, 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK.

The size of the units will range between 552 square feet to 1,487square feet. There is a launch offer - an all-inclusive rate of Rs. 3590 per square feet. valid for the first 50 bookings.

Addressing a Press Conference to announce the launch of this budget home project, Mr. P.B. Krishna Prasad, CEO & Managing Director, Vasavi Housing said, “Ingai is located near the proposed Greenfield Airport, Dry Port, Monorail MRTS & Satellite Township. The USP of this project is its location and price, with first-class amenities such as Clubhouse and Swimming Pool, among others,”

Mr. Krishna Prasad also said, “In the past 20 years, the firm has constructed over 55 Residential Projects and each one is a landmark. For a comparison, new apartments at Porur, which has emerged as a fast growing residential hub, have touched the Rs 5,500 per square feet to  Rs. 6,000 per square feet range in certain cases. Ingai which is just 3 km from that area, is at an affordable all inclusive price of Rs, 3,590 per square feet. Nearby projects on the other hand come at an all-inclusive price of Rs.4,500 per square feet. Construction will start by the end of this month and the project will be completed in a period of 30 months.”
