TERMS AND CONDITIONS..
1 Floor
Rise Charges applicable at Rs.25 per Sq.Ft. from 5th Floor onwards
2 Corpus
Fund Rs.50 per sq.ft. shall be payable favouring Residents' Association before
handing over possession of the flat.
3 Maintenance
Charges Rs.3 per sq.ft. (along with applicable taxes) for 12 months shall be
payable favouring "Prince Property Management Services" before

4 Registration

5 Land
