be held at Hilton Olympia in London on October 5 and October 6 - 2013 targeting
about 15 lakh UK NRIs.
India's property
developers from cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Mumbai,
Pune, Ahmedabad & Delhi will display
a wide range of properties ranging from plots of land to apartments &
luxury villas.
Housing finance
companies (HFCs) and banks will offer housing loans.
Besides special
offers & spot approval of housing loans are being arranged for NRIs.
NRI advisory services
will be provided during the show hours from 10 am to 8 pm on both the 2 days on
matters of regulations, repatriation procedures, legal & taxation issues.
Lectures on NRI
investment, realty trends in major cities, private equity funds & FDI
investment in real estate will be simultaneously held on the sidelines of the
show to provide an update on the current market scenario and trends in real
estate sector.
