Prominent realtor Mr.
Sachin Shroff was appointed as the new president of National Association of
Realtors-India (NAR - India) for the year 2013-14.
He is a founder
member of NAR - India & Vadodara
Realtors' Association.
A release stated that
this is for the first time in the history of NAR - India that the president is
from Vadodara. Mr. Shroff has been involved in the real estate brokerage
business since about 25 years now.

Mr. Shroff said that
as the president his goal is to make the organization more cohesive & build
rapport with all the members so that the organisation can reach greater
heights. Mr. Shah formally took over the post at the 5th convention of NAR -
India held earlier this month.
The convention saw
eminent speakers from across India update the participants on the latest
developments in customer-centric marketing, law, finance, taxation &
investment trends in real estate. The 2 day event also conducted a special
discussion on 'Role of Women in Real Estate Brokerage Business', with top
female speakers from the sector inviting women to join brokerage business.
In all, 850 delegates participated in the convention.
International delegates from the USA, France, Brazil, Singapore, Ireland,
Germany, Dubai & several other
countries also attended. NAR-India is an affiliate of NAR of USA.
