PROFILE OF Mr. K. Ramkumar
A Postgraduate in Commerce, also an Associate Member of ICAI & ICSI. He has
to his credit Advanced Management Programme from IIM Ahmedabad. His rich
experience at Ashok Leyland includes fund raising, Investments, M&A Activities,
Strategic Finance Management, Investor Relations etc.,
Besides handling Corporate Finance at Ashok Leyland he is also on the board of
other associated companies. He has contributed many articles in financial
dailies and has addressed in many seminars.
