Residential sales remained restricted in Chennai. However, the number of new launches improved during the month of June, 2013.

 Some of the prominent launches during the month were Prince Highlands in Iyyapanthangal, Kgeyes Samyuktha in Madambakkam and VGN Dynasty in Melapakkam.

In addition, Marutham Group launched two new projects near Tambaram and Casa Grande and added one more villa project named Avalon in Perumbakkam. Capital values and rents remained largely unaltered during the month.  


 INFRASTRUCTURE ONGOING ..

Thirumazhisai, located along the Chennai-Bangalore Highway,  will soon get a multistoreyed industrial estate at a cost of Rs. 20 Croree.

In addition, the state government has also planned to create a land bank of 2,000 acres to promote the micro-industries in the state
