India's largest private sector bank,
ICICI Bank has launched a new housing loan offer which offers the benefit of 1%
cash back on every EMI paid by the borrower and also an option to renew the
fixed interest rate multiple
times up to 20 years.
The cash back benefit can be availed
through credit to ICICI Bank account or it can be adjusted against outstanding
principal amount.The renewal of fixed interest rate can be done for 2 / 3 / 5
years at zero conversion fees within 30 days of completion of initial fixed
rate tenure.
