92 Acres Integrated Township in Chennai: Bollineni Hillside Adds More Space at CBSE School..!

The Hyderabad based BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd,  which  has developed  a mega  integrated township over 92 acres on the Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai, recenly formally  handed over a newly constructed school building,  built over  60,000 square feet to Bala Vidya Mandir .

The township known as Bollineni Hillside is an integrated township spread across 92 acres.

Phase I of the township is nearing completion. Phase I is spread across 52 acres with 1,300 homes. About 1,150 homes have been sold and about 800 flats have been handed over and are occupied now.

Bollineni hillside has combination of villas, row houses and four story apartments. Villas and row houses are all sold & occupied. Open space and green hill on one side gives a very picturesque view with pollution free environment.
  


The township has well planned facilities & amenities available to residents.  Some of the amenities available now are Water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, piped gas, landscaped parks with play equipments, Gymnasium, indoor games, activity rooms and yoga room, DG power back up, lifts , garbage management system are already available and being enjoyed by the residents.

For residents a Nilgiris supermarket and a pharmacy is available with in the township.  BSCPL has provided wide cemented roads &  walk ways for better experience and low cost effective maintenance for residents.

These all amentias along with school makes life at Bollineni Hillside a vibrant and comfortable for residents in general and kids and senior citizens in particular.

 BSCPL is now gearing for launch of phase II shortly. The planning work is in progress.

A secondary school, affiliated to CBSE, is being managed and operated by famous Bala Vidya  Mandir management. The school is in operations at Bollineni Hillside since 2010, and currently classes up to std  IX is available and being upgraded every year.  Nearly 1,000 students enrolled in school with about  teachers

The first building for the school was handed over by BSCPL in 2010. Now, BSCPL handed over second building of 60,000 square feet. Both the buildings put together are nearly 85,000 square feet. The air-conditioned class rooms are equipped with modern teaching tools such as TV and internet. School provided a holistic approach towards life and learning skills.

Mr.  Bollineni Krishnaiah, Chairman, BSCPL has said that their aim is to give all facilities to residents with in the township. Children are important to every family and society. In campus school is planned for the children of township, as they need not  travel for long hours and can use time for other productive activities.

Mr.  Bollineni Krishnaiah further informed that with the completion of proposed big club, residents will have all the recreational facilities including swimming pool, theater, indoor games etc within the campus.

Mr.  Ramana Prasad, Managing Trustee, Bala Vidya Mandir Global School explained that the school has a curriculum for over all development of the students and prepares them for the future. The school is pioneer in imparting training in robotics.

BSCPL is aiming to become a dominant player in real estate segment with projects planned for Bangalore and Hyderabad.
