Tamil Nadu Property Registration...! Document Writers Fees..!  Document Writers Fees COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT.     AMENDMENTS TO TAMIL NADU DOCUMENT WRITERS LICENCE RULES. (G.O. Ms. No.49, Commercial Taxes and Registration (M 2) Department  April 2010.)   In Exercise of the powers conferred by section 89 - B of the Registration Act. 1908 (Central Act XVI of 1908) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Documents Writers Licence Rules, 1982:-   TABLE OF FEES  I. FOR DOCUMENTS THROUGH WHICH PROPERTY IS CONVEYED:- (Viz., Conveyance, Exchange, Settlement & Gift)   SL.NO. DESCRIPTION FEES 1 When the value specified in the document does not exceed Rs. 10,000. Rs. 50. 2 When such value exceeds Rs. 10,000. but does not exceed Rs. 50,000. Rs. 100. 3 When such value exceeds Rs. 50,000. but does not exceeds Rs. 1,00,000. Rs. 150. 4 When such value exceeds Rs. 1,00,000. but does not exceeds Rs. 2,00,000. Rs.200. 5 When such value exceeds Rs. 2,00,000. but does not exceeds Rs. 5,00,000. Rs. 300. 6 When such value exceeds Rs. 5,00,000. Rs.400. II (a).     FIXED FEE FOR THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:-   SL.NO. DESCRIPTION FEES 1 Deposit of  title deeds Rs. 100. 2 Lease deed Rs. 100. 3 Mortgage deed Rs. 100. 4 Release deed Rs. 100. 5 Trust deed Rs. 100. 6 Partnership deed Rs. 100.               II (b).     FIXED FEE FOR THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:-   SL.NO. DESCRIPTION FEES 1 Acknowledgement  Rs. 50. 2 Receipt  Rs. 50. 3 Award  Rs. 50. 4 Cancellation  Rs. 50. 5 Divorce  Rs. 50. 6 Power of Attorney (PoA)  Rs. 50. 7 Pro note  Rs. 50. 8 Agreement  Rs. 50.     III.               FOR PARTITION DOCUMENT :-   SL.NO. DESCRIPTION FEES 1 When the document involves not more than 2 schedule Rs. 200. 2 When the document involves more than 2 schedules, fee for each schedule Rs. 100. 3 Maximum fees Rs. 500.  IV.              FOR BUILDINGS:-   SL.NO. DESCRIPTION FEES 1 For measuring house &  preparing statement under sub-rule (1-A) of rule 3 of the Tamil Nadu Stamp (Prevention of under valuation of Instruments) Rules, 1968. Rs. 100. (for each 1-A statement)
