Realty Plus Excellence Awards Process & Validation

The following is the procedure by which the winners of the Realty Plus Excellence Awards will be chosen:

The companies who file for the nominations would be shortlisted to the top 5 to 6 nominees per award category (based on parameters designed by our consulting IPC). The shortlisted nominees would then be subject to voting by the Jury members.

The Jury Members would be requested to attend the Jury Meet in New Delhi on May 10, 2013. This will be one-full day of deliberations, from which the winners for the Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2013 for North, West, South, East and National regions would emerge.

The jury would be subdivided into four sets of three members each, and would be requested to share their views / vote on the winners of each category. The details of each nominee would be shared with the Jury Members judging their category through an online login in advance – which would allow the Jury Members to collate their views and scores for each entry.

During the first half of the Jury Meet, the Jury Members from each committee would deliberate and select one unanimous winner for each category for each region, based on the information requested from each shortlisted nominee.

During the second half of the Jury Meet, the Jury Subcommittees would present their winners to the entire jury, which will deliberate and approve of the winners for each category. The entire jury would then sign-off for the winners of the Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2013.

The final information would be sealed and would be revealed only on the day of the awards, that is, May 17, 2013 – 7:30PM onwards for Bangalore (South), May 22, 2013 – 7:30PM onwards for Mumbai (West), and April 24, 2013 – 7:30 PM onwards for New Delhi (North and East).
