delivering real estate. The developer must have launched/delivered at least one
project between January & December 2012,

The
developer who has demonstrated excellence in conceptualizing, developing and
delivering residential real estate, and must have delivered at least 1 project
between January and December 2012.

The
developer who has demonstrated excellence in conceptualising, developing and
delivering retail real estate and successfully attract brands to create a
healthy tenant mix, and must have delivered at least 1 project between January
and December 2012.

delivering residential real estate. This category is limited only to developers
who delivered their first project between January and December 2012 (completion
of select towers will also be considered where projects are still underway).

for physical & social infrastructure, and adopting environmental
initiatives. This category is limited only to projects that have been delivered
between January and December 2012 (completion & delivery of select portions
of the township (in any product category) will also be considered where the
overall integrated township development are still underway).

The
International Property Consultant that has demonstrated excellence in provided
project & development services, strategic consulting, product management,
facilities management, broking services and other allied services for real
estate projects between January and December 2012.
