Above 12,000
properties from nearly 100 developers, spread across Mumbai and the
metropolitan region, will be on display at a real estate and housing finance
exhibition at the MMRDA Grounds between April 11 and 14, 2013.
The expo is being
organised by the Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry.
State Bank of
India (SBI) is the co-sponsor of the
exhibition. Housing finance companies (HFCs)
and banks like Punjab National Bank )PNB) and Canara Bank are part of
the expo, the organisers said.
Properties in Pune,
Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad & Chennai will also be showcased at the
event.
Mr. Bandish Ajmera,
Chairman, Exhibition committee said, “Housing in Mumbai is at par with
global standards, and aspiring customers could look forward to a truly global
class experience. The housing sector attracts significant investments from a
large number of NRIs(non-resident Indians).”
Properties ranging
from 1 to 5 BHK and studio apartments, duplex, penthouses, row houses,
bungalows, second homes / holiday homes, plots & office premises will be
exhibited at the expo.

Chairperson, Exhibition committee said, “With the presence of leading HFCs at
the exhibition, house buyers will be able to buy their dream house during the
exhibition. We have also observed, in the recent past, that many corporations
in Mumbai look for opportunities to book apartments during the exhibitions.”
