He has around 25 years of experience in Capital Market. Before taking up the academic career he served in leading stock broking firms and stock exchange in different capacities. He has a vast experience in the capital market from operations and advisory services. He had conducted number of investor training programs across Southern India. He had conducted Faculty Development Programmes and Management Development Programmes on Derivatives Management.
He had organized many national seminars and participated as resource person and presenter in
various national and international seminars. His versatility in presenting complex subjects such as Derivatives and International Finance in a simple and lucid manner is well acknowledge by the academic community and as a result he remains as a Visiting Professor in number of higher educational institutions.

He has completed post graduation course on Finance and control (MFC) in Madurai Kamaraj University. He has completed his Ph.D. in Alagappa University. He has published three papers in the national journals viz. financial services and Insurance. He has conducted many training and
development programmes for teachers, students of various levels. He organized many State level and National seminars as an organizer at various point of time.
He authored a book on “Management Accounting” for PG management students to get more insight on the course. In addition to the above, he prepared and authored study materials for Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He is right now engaging in the research cum consultancy project for Insurance Institute of India. In addition, he is an academic consultant for Data mining Research India Pvt. Ltd. for evolving excel financial templates. He is right now about to complete a book on Financial Management for International Publishing house. Having greater passion in training and development programmes, he regularly organises FDP and Workshop on various themes related to Derivatives, Excel Modelling and Research methods using SPSS.
