In the current
scenario of augmenting multiple bogus documents issues, property buyers need to
be cautious
& check the credibility of the
documents,” said Dr. Justice AR. Lakshmanan, Former Judge - Supreme Court of
India, Former Chairman – Law Commission of India, Chief of Panel – Indian Court
of Arbitration for Sports (ICAS), presiding over the recently held at Chennai
launch function of ‘Kanavu Illam’ neighborhood property tabloid.
He suggested that
such tabloids can include the awareness tips & guidelines to help readers
know the procedures in buying the property & advised the builders to
honestly follow the rules.
Recalling the
contrasting judgments given during his tenure, he also added that as one of the
property violations did not affect any individual or public or any government
developments, it was spared from demolition but fined heavily and the other was
ordered to be pulled down.

As he have given very much needed advice's to the builders and cautioned the public to be very much careful in verifying documents etc while buying. so if you publish the entire speech it would be helpful for the public.
