Fair Pro 2013, the
biggest and most popular property show
organised by CREDAI, Chennai was yesterday inaugurated.
The exhibition is on
till 24th February' 2013 from 10 am to 8 pm at Chennai Trade Centre,
Nandambakkam, Chennai . This is the sixth edition of Fairpro.
Those, who book the
property during the 3 day property FAIR
will get iPad free. 70 well known builders are showcasing 250 projects
including flats, Villas and plots.
The buyer can log on
to the newly launched website www.credaichennai.in and choose the
project / property depending on their budget, location and builder. This will
help the buyers filter the project
quickly and identify the ones that suit them the most. CREDAI
members only are participate in
Fair Pro, thus providing the credibility factor to buyers.

The price ranges from
Rs.15 lacs to Rs.10 crores and the size is from a single bedroom apartments to
luxury villas. Last year there were about 50,000 footfalls and this year they
expect
75,000 visitors at the fair pro 2013, Chennai.

The last edition of
FAIR Pro generated business of Rs.150 crore. The management team at CREDAI
Chennai, has been looking at ways and means
to help and facilitate customers to buy properties with ease. Keeping
this in mind, a loan mela was organized at two strategic locations last week.
The participating
institutions are

SBI, LIC Housing Finance, India Bulls, PNB Housing Finance and ICICI Bank. All
