Now a days, in every
Newspaper / TV/ FM, Ads, we see some
tempting offers about many projects!
For example.
‘Expandable
villas’- Pay for 2 BHK, add one more room in future..!!
The fact is, no buyer
is interested to do any work after they occupy.
Moreover only 100 to
150 square feet can be expanded which will cost only Rs. 2 to Rs. 3 lacs, its
better to pay fully and get it done at one stroke!
“EMI kattamaley
vachikkalam?!” (இ.எம்.ஐ. கட்டாமலே வெச்சுக்கலாம்?)
Pay EMI for 5 years
only, no need to pay anything?!...
I really called them
to know what, how,?.. since its so tempting and many started asking about it!
They said, ‘this is applicable only for flats?!’ if you buy a flat, they will
give you a land somewhere near. Chennai freely!
This land will make
you billionaire in just 5 years. Then you can pay all your loans, credits by
selling that land!
My big doubt is, what
will you do, if that land did not appreciate as expected? If that land is really that much worth, why
they give it freely? Please remember, no builder will give you a single
bolt-nut freely, everything is added in basic cost and then ‘offered freely!’.
