The 3 day
property show by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of
India (CREDAI) -Odisha chapter might generate property deals worth about Rs.
200 crores.

Tripathy, President, CREDAI-Odisha chapter said, ''On the basis of enquiries
made by the customers during the 3 day event, nearly 500 to 600 residential
flats may be sold in next 4 to 5 months"
About 40
developers / builders / promoters had participated and set up their stalls in
the Property Expo - 2013 held from January 19 to 21, 2013 showcasing nearly 150
projects ranging from flats, simplex to duplex units. The exhibition witnessed
a footfall of about 3,500.

Tripathy also said, ''The last property expo had witnessed sale of nearly 400 dwelling homes. In the backdrop of
slowdown in the real estate sector. This time the response from the customers
was quite very good."
