Alfa
Panel is a high pressure decorative laminate composed of paper Kraft sheets
impregnated with phenol resins. The top of the phenol is made up of cellulose
sheets impregnated with melamine resins strengthened at high temperature.
Afterwards, in hydraulic presses, they are exposed to both, pressure(120 Kg /
cm2 ) and temperature.
The
surface of Alfa exterior grade compact laminate is enhanced by using THARMOSTAT
system which is used by only a few leading companies in the world..Suffer an
irreversible physical & chemical transformation due to the condensation of
the resins.
Thanks to
the above mentioned fabrication process; this product does not cause negative
effects into the environment since it fulfils all European norms concerning
formic aldihyde emissions.
Both
types of resin have been studied to obtain an extremely high resistance to
moisture and ultraviolet radiation as well as high flexibility & heat &
impact resistance.
There is
a large décor range which includes - Solid
/ Wood / Marbles / Patterns / Flickers / Metal / Kids / Special Effects
that fulfils strength tests equivalent to an exposed weather conditions of more
than 10 years.
Panel
thickness can be between 3 mm to 20 mm and clients can choose from a large
range of formats, qualities (for interior and exterior), finishes and designs.

original façade and the revetment with the air in movement increasing the
acoustic and thermal insulation and eluding the humidity and condensation.
