development, With plot of land prices soaring & land owners unable to get
their price for the asset, JV (joint venture) development is the order of the
day in Chennai and around the city.
The surge
in demand for rental housing has also convinced landowners to retain their
share of assets in built flats (units) for some more years to get a better
price after development.
However,
plot owners should follow ground realities & tie up with established
developers / promoters / builders who
are keen to display transparency & time bound implementation schedule for
completion of the project, caution property consultants on condition of anonymity.
