2D Building plan With Furnishing : Rs.1 per square feet
For
2D Building plan With out Furnishing : Rs. 0.50 persquare feet
For
3D Building plan : Rs. 3 per square feet
For
3D Elevation : min Rs. 3,000 Additional Floor – per Floor Rs.,3,000 (Depend
upon
the
Design Scope)

: Rs. 1,100 per sec

Interior Per view : Rs. 3000 or 1 room 2,side view Rs. 5,000 (Depend upon the
Room
size)
Process
:
2D plans and elevations are to be sent in any
of the following
formats
DWG, PDF, JPEG or TIFF.
The
project manager will contact you to brief on the project
specifications.
On
your approval and payment of 50 per cent, the job will start with
immediate
effect.
Exterior
/ Interior works will be finalized within 4 to 7 working days.
final
still rendering will be in JPEG format while animation will be in
AVI.
The
balance payment has to be made before receiving the final
rendering.
Prices..!
The
prices vary based on the levels of difficulty & complexity. The firm
offer
low cost services without compromising on quality Payments can be made by cash
or bank.

Analysis, Design and Issue of following structural drawings, as
per the project.
Pedestal / Column, footing layout and detail. Plinth beam layout
and detail.
Floor slab, beam layout & detail for various floor levels.
Engineering drawing for Industrial roof truss & hybrid
structures.
Water tank / Sump details.
Service Charges..!
Consultancy Service charges for Analysis,
Design and issue of structural drawings. - Rs. 6.00/- per Sq.ft
NOTE:
The above mentioned rates are limited to maximum of 1 revision.
The above mentioned rates do not include issue of design calculations. The
rates for issue of Design calculations shall be Rs. 1 per Sq.ft , in addition
to the above mentioned rates.
