A 2 day property expo will be held on December 22 and December 23, 2012 at Rani Meyammai Hall, on Marshalls Road in Egmore.
The property fair organised by Turnkey Events, above 80 developers / promoters / builders will display a wide range of products from plot of lands, flats- apartments to penthouses and villas during the expo.
About five (5) banks housing finance companies (HFCs) and will offer housing loans at competitive lending rates. The value of properties that will be displayed varies from Rs. 2 lakh to Rs. 2 crore.
