A 3 day property fair will be held at Chennai Trade Centre from December 21 to December 23, 2012 to showcase both budget & luxury properties in and around Chennai. Today Sunday is last day.
The property fair organised by Chennai based Prompt Publications, about 80 property developers / promoters / builders & 8 housing finance companies (HFCs) and banks will participate in the show.
Residential properties ranging from flats to duplex, developed plots of land and penthouse to villas will be displayed with prices varying from Rs. 15 lakh to Rs. 3 crore.
