apartment complex at Rajakilpakkam, near Tambaram (South Chennai) a defaulter
among the apartment owners claimed that he had made a particular payment &
mentioned a particular cheque number & its bank details.

offers context sensitive help. Application modules can be adopted on
incremental or / need basis, and a password based entry to the application
ensures information security.

give a demonstration of the software & a free trial for 60 days to
associations wanting to try it, and he also helps to make the application
functional for the associations in a couple of days.
