Jaya TV Kanavu Illam 2021: Property Show Today Last Day..!

 Jaya TV Kanavu Illam 2021 a 3 day property show began chennai at Friday (November 16, 2012) amid fanfare with about 50 leading property developers / builders / promoters of the Chennai city showcasing their projects.

Organised by Jaya TV (Jaya Plus) in association with CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India) Chennai, the property  expo, being held at Valluvar Kottam (A/C), one of the landmarks of Chennai, was inaugurated by Chennai Mayor Saidai Sa Duraisamy while CREDAI President and Jain Housing Managing Director Sandeep Mehta was the guest of honour of the event.

Venue: Valluvar Kottam (A/C), Chennai

Date: November 16 to 18, 2012 (Friday to Sunday)

Timings: 10 AM to 8 PM

On the shelf were flats, villas and plots of land  from Rs . 5 lakh to Rs. 10 crore from leading names in the real estate sector of the region – Jain Housing, VGN, Isha Homes, Vasavi Housing, TVH and etc..!

Jaya TV Kanavu Illam Property Fair 2012 is an opportunity where various property developers / builders can showcase their projects under one roof & promote existing and forthcoming projects.

People interact directly with builders / promoters and understand the demographic advantage of the property they choose & its future prospects.

To advice on home loan related issues, State Bank of Mysore and Axis Bank has put up a stall with senior bank officials being deputed to clear the doubts of the loan seekers.

The fair will remain open till November 18, Sunday between 9 am to 7 pm.
