(IIA)Indian Institute of Architects) is the national body of Architects in
India. Having started in the year 1917, today it has above 15,000 members.

of Consulting Civil Engineers (India) - ACCE (I) was formed and
registered in 1985 by a group of Consulting Civil Engineers in Bangalore.
The main
object of the association is to encourage & foster the ideals of the
profession, to hold conferences / or meetings / or seminars for dissemination
of knowledge amongst the civil engineers in particular and the society at
large.
ACCE (I)
with its head quarters at Bangalore, has since grown into a National
Association with centers formed all over India.

The Builders'
Association of India (BAI) was formed in 1941 in Pune with guidance from
Brigadier Jackson, who also allotted office space in the Military Compound. In
the last 68 years since its inception, the BAI has grown by leaps and bounds.
Today, it
has about 30,000 members across 100 Centres spread over the length and breadth
of the country, with its headquarters at Mumbai. BAI is the member of
“International Federation of Asian Western Pacific Constructors Association”
