Unesta : Property Expo in London, October 6 and 7, 2012

Unesta, a London based property investment company, will hold the first ‘India Urealty Show’ in Wembley on October 6 and 7, 2012.

Cushman & Wakefield will be the ‘Knowledge Partner’.

The 2 (two) day expo will be a platform for NRIs (Non - Resident Indians) and PIOs (Person of Indian Orgins) in London to explore realy investment opportunities in India.

The property exhibition will showcase properties from India. About 20 developers are expected to participate & the event is expected to have above 3,000 visitors.

Mr. Vikram Goyal, Managing Director, Unesta, said, “The main purpose is to look at real estate investment beyond just residential properties. Our property exhibition will also showcase commercial properties such as office spaces, retail &  warehouse spaces, and industrial spaces as well.”
