Muthoot Finance on recently said it has extended the closing date of its NCDs (Non-convertible debentures) issue to October 22, 2012. The issue was scheduled to close on October 5, 2012.
The company is undertaking the public issue of secured non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs. 1,000 each, aggregating up to Rs. 250 crore
