The India Property
Show, Singapore, 2012, held September 15-16, 2012 served as a great opportunity
for the Indian diaspora in Singapore to invest in property back home.
The expo, organised
in partnership with Hindustan Times, saw participation from about 50 builders /
developers/ promoters and showcased the best available property investment
options to the NRI (Non - Resident Indian ) community in the international
city.
Builders from
Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Pune
& Gurgaon participated at the 2 day fair held at Singapore Expo Hall 5 A.
The expo was inaugurated by Mr. R. Dhinakaran,
Nominated MP of Singapore, who also lit the kuthuvilakku along with Mrs. Akila
Iyengar, drector, The Hindu and Suresh Srinivasan, VP, The Hindu,

Managed by I Ads and
Events Pte Ltd, the fair proved to be an ideal platform for top Indian builders
to reach out to the Indian populace in Singapore.
The footfall, which
exceeded 3,000, was proof of the success of the expo. Financial institutions
such as HDFC and ICICI Bank were also present to ease the process of investing
in property in India.
