CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) NCR, the apex body of real estate developers 3 day event 'Property Expo 2012', has commenced at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan.
It scheduled for 19th to 21st October, 2012 at Pragati Maidan – Hall No. 7 (ABC).
The expo will be open to all between 10 AM 7 PM on 20th & 21st October 2012.
The property fair is showcasing an array of residential & commercial projects of about 40 developers from Gurgaon, RNE, Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West & Bhiwadi.
Mr. Arun Kumar Mishra, Secretary, Ministry of housing & urban poverty alleviation, Government of India, inaugurated the property expo.
Mr. Getamber Anand (officiating President CREDAI NCR), Mr. Pankaj Bajaj (President CREDAI NCR), Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma (Vice President CREDAI NCR), and other important dignitaries from real estate sectorwere present at the launch.
Mr. Getamber Anand, vice president, CREDAI NCR, said, “We believe that the property expo will also play a catalyst role in aligning the faith of the consumers with respect to fair and transparent dealing thereby filling the much needed void between consumers and developers. We strongly believe that by excluding non-approved projects the expo has differentiated CREDAI accredited developers from non accredited developers’, firmly entrenching mission transparency within the system”.
Encouraging accountability & transparency, the conference also addressed the need to resolve consumer grievances & means needed to translate investor protection into a mechanism. In order to fulfill the purpose, CREDAI - NCR has established Consumer Redressal Forum which seeks to settle customer disputes and other related matters.
Amrapali, Eldeco, ATS, Ashiana, Wave Infratech, Supertech, Gaursons, Assotech, SARE, SG Estates, Genesis, Avalon, Shubhkamna Advert & Parsvanath etc...are participating developers.
In order to make housing buying an easy & transparent process, PNB Housing Finance Ltd (PNB HFL) has also partnered with the property expo, reaching out to aspiring house buyers.
