ASK
Property Investment Advisors (ASKPIA), the real-estate private equity arm of
ASK Group recently announced its 4th
investment from its second real estate fund. The project which comprises of
villas and apartments is expected to have a sales value of about Rs.700 crores.
The
project is located in the growth corridor off Sarjapur Road, very near to the
Wipro campus.
ASK
Fund's investment will be approximately Rs.100 crores in the Special Purpose
Vehicle set up for executing this project.
