Springfield Shelters, which has
completed 3 residential projects in Coimbatore in the past 7 years, has
launched Rivera, an integrated township, at Singanallur.
Mr. C.Raja Mohan, Chief Executive
Officer, Spingfield Shelters, said, ''The township will come up on 9 acres
& will have apartments (flats), villas and budget houses. In the first
phase, 56 flats, 18 budget houses and 60 villas will be constructed at a total
cost of Rs.100 crore. These will be completed in 24 months"

entertainment facilities.
The villas will be 1,400 squar feet to
2,000 squar feet each, the budget houses will be 484 squar feet each and cost
maximum Rs. 25 lakh each and the flats will be 1,047 square feet to 1,382
square feet each.
* The proposal is to develop 1,000
houses at the township in 7 years.

Springfield plans to launch a group housing project at Chinnavedampatti
in 3 months and a township project at Vedapatti on 50 acres.
