LIC Housing Finance
(LIC HFL)
plans to disburse about 8 to 10%of its
total loan portfolio to developers / builders by the end of this financial year
(2012-13).
The firms's
outstanding loan portfolio was at nearly Rs. 65,650 crore. While individual
loans accounted for about 95% of the portfolio, developer's loans
comprised nearly 5% of the total amount.
Overall growth in
loan portfolio is likely to be about 20% in the financial year.
