Real Estate Trend in Kolkata : From 2007 to 2012, June

 The National Housing bank - NHB 'RESIDEX' tracks the movement in prices of residential – flats properties on a quarterly basis since 2007.

The NHB RESIDEX now covers 20 cities.

Residential housing prices in 16 cities have shown rise in prices in this quarter ended June, 2012 over the previous quarter ended March, 2012.

Pune : 10.5%, Bengaluru : 8.7%, Patna :  8.6%

Ahmedabad :  6.4%, Ludhiana: 5.3%

Lucknow :  4.1% , Mumbai : 3.7%,

Delhi : 2.6% and Kolkatta : 2.6%
