To create a platform
to recognise and reward the builder community for their contribution in the
development of Pink City, Jaipur, Dainik Bhaskar group, in association with
ICRA and the real estate magazine from the exchange4media group, Realty Plus,
is organising Real Estate Awards - 2012 in Jaipur on 27th August.
This is for the first
time that such credible &
transparent initiative of acknowledging the outstanding efforts of
various developers towards the growth of real estate industry at the local
level is taking place.
Aimed at recognising
true excellence attained by real estate projects and developers in Jaipur, the
momentous occasion will have Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister of Rajasthan as the
Chief Guest.
A pre award
ceremony happened on 25th August, 2012
at Hotel Clarks Amer. The purpose for this met was to share with the builders,
the process followed by ICRA.
Final awards will be
declared on 27th August 2012. A talk show has also been organised at BM Birla
Auditorium, Jaipur for the common people. The Heads of research of India
Infoline and Citigroup will be present at the seminar to analyse the investment
return in the past and point out possible returns in future in real estate,
equity and gold.

Eminent Jury..!
To judge the efforts
of the deserving real estate players, an independent and reputed jury
comprising Mr. Shiv Kumar – MD SBBJ Bank, Mr. Kuldeep Ranka, Commissioner,
Jaipur Development Authority and Mr. Vinod Behl, Editor, Realty Plus, has been
put together to evaluate all the nominated entries and select winners across
various categories.
The who’s who of real
estate business, participating builders, opinion leaders, dignitaries and other
stakeholders will grace this event.
