CHECKLIST

1. Application Form duly filled and signed.
2. Latest Passport size Colour photos (Applicant 2 and Co-Applicant 2),  
3. Qualification Proof – Copy  (If Professional)
4. Identity proof:-

Original to be shown at the time of counselling

Employee ID / PAN Card / Voter ID / Passport - Copy.
5. Address proof
Any  one of the following :-( Original to be shown at the time of counselling)
a.    Ration Card
b.    Telephone Bill
c.     Letter from employer (Bonafied certificate)


d.    Bank Statement showing current address

6.  Income Proof

(a)  If salaried :
a.    Last 3 months Pay  Slips – Original /Copy
b.    Form - 16  (Latest) with saral for last 2 years - Copy
c.     Bank statement for last 6 months reflecting salary credits.
d.    Appointment order copy with CTC
e.    Previous employment proof (if employment is <2 years)
f.     Liability details with latest 6 months bank statement and loan schedules (if any).

(bIf Self-employed :
a.    Pan Card Copy
b.    Last 3 years Income Tax Returns with statement of income, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss A/c, detailed Depreciation Statement and IT Challan copies
c.     Bank statement of both Applicant and firm for last 6 months.
d.    In case of partnership firm – Partnership Deed, and In case of Pvt. Ltd. Companies– Memorandum & Articles of Association (copy).
7. Self-attestation in all papers by applicant and co-applicant from Sl. No. 1-6.
8. Processing Fee Cheque or Demand Draft in favour of LIC Housing Finance Ltd.
9. Loan Repayment only through Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) duly attested by bankers.


PROPERTY DOCUMENTS :
a)  for Flat under Construction
Sale  & Construction Agreement- Copy
Parent Documents - Copy
Encumbrance Certificate (for last 15
    years)  - Original/Copy
NOC Letter in LICHFL format
Approved Plan showing Applicant flat
    To be marked and signed by the builder  
     - Copy
Planning permit & Proceedings-Copy
Margin money Receipts - Original.
b)for Construction / Extension of House :
Sale deed – Copy
Parent documents copies & Patta - Copy
Encumbrance Certificate for last 15 years
Abstract Estimation/Detailed Estimation
  Approved Building  Plan, Planning permit
     & Proceedings- Original
Latest Property Tax Receipt - Copy

c) In Case of TNHB Allotment :
Original allotment letter
NOC/Annexure A&B
Receipt for margin money
Lease cum sale agreement (LCS)
FMB Sketch
Approved Building Plan - Copy

d)  for Renovation / Mortgage:  -
 Sales Deed + Parent documents - Copy
Building plan + EC for 15 years - Copy
Estimate for Construction / renovation
    (from Valuer /Architect)
Approved Plan & Layout copy
Patta & Property tax receipt- Latest Copy
e) for Take Over from other Institution
List of documents specifying the
    originals and Xerox.
Loan Repayment Track for the last 2
    years.
Latest O/s loan statement & Copy of
    Sanction Letter.
Copy of Sale deed and parent documents
    copies.
Approved Building Plan Copy.
Latest Property Tax Receipt - Copy.
EC for last 15 years.
Closure proof and no dues certificate
    from Bank or Financial Institution.
 Note : 
1.    Please take sufficient copies of all Documents / Papers / Agreements / Plan etc. before submitting the application Form.
2.    Loan amount disbursement is subject to CIBIL report, Technical and Title (Legal) Clearance.
3.    All the requirements should be neatly tagged in the same order and submitted along with application form.
4.    Please Confirm the Date  of registration to LICHFL PANEL ADVOCATE, at least 3 days in advance.
5.    Repayment through Electronic Clearing Service (ECS).
