According to a press release from the
organisers, this 3 day event inaugurated on Friday ( showcases properties in
various segments including flats- apartments, row houses, lifestyle residential
properties, villas and residential plots in Chennai & its suburbs.

said that factors that influence a consumer’s decision to identify a location
for their house include infrastructure availability, potential for development &
presence of good social network.

travelled places & favourable demographics are also important factors.
The Budget Home 2012 property Show
brings together about 80 builders /
promoters /developers, banks and HFCs (housing finance companies) to cater to
the demand of house buyers who want to choose from all segments.

based Eyeball Media Pvt Ltd, “Budget Home 2012 is a one-stop destination
offering a wide range of affordable properties to cater to the needs of house
buyers in the specific segment.This year’s (2012) budget home has a range of
properties from Rs. 1 lakh to neraly Rs. 55 Lakh. This is the 10th edition of this
exhibition which has been organised across Tamil Nadu & Singapore earlier
this year.”
