The IInd edition of property show organised by Builder’s Welfare Association of Guntur will begin at Subham Convention Centre in Vijayawada from Saturday (August 18, 2012).
The 2 day ( August 18 and 19, 2012) expo will feature latest construction projects by leading builders, building technologies and modern interior designs & so on.

Municipal Administration Minister Mr. M. Mahidhar Reddy and Minister for Agriculture Kanna Lakshminarayana would inaugurate the Property Show - 2012.
Committee Chairman Mr. Chukkapalli Ramesh said, " About 60 stalls have been booked by various real estate companies, building material firms."
LIC Housing Finance Limited is the principal sponsor for the property show. While Brands Show Room and SVR Realtors are the associate sponsors.
The pre-launch publicity for the event included, advertising through hoardings &stickers.
Lucky Dip Event..!
A lucky dip event is also being held on the final day with upcoming cine artiste Poonam Kaur taking the draw.
Mr. Chukkapalli Ramesh also said, ''The show has generated a great deal of interest among the real estate companies and bankers and HFCs (Housing Finance Companies) too. LIC Housing Finance Limited, the principal sponsor of the expo, will have an exclusive stall offering easy loaning services. Management students of RVR & JC College have been roped in to man the stalls". Honourary president, BWA, Mr. S. Madhusudan Reddy, President BWA, Gadde Thirupathi Rao & secretary Kolla Syam were present.
