The
Bangalore Realtors Association of India (BRAI) unveiled its new logo at
Bangalore recently , a graphic signifying association& collaboration, with
a green sheen indicating an environment friendly policy.
The
event was well attended by BRAI realtors, CREDAI developers & main
international dignitaries.
Mr.
Farook Mahmood, Immediate past-president BRAI, and CMD, Silverline Group said,
“The shimmering graphic represents a contemporary new look. Taking an
initiative to go green, BRAI has committed to plant a tree for each home sold
by its agents”
The
new logo was unveiled by Dominic Causse, Consul General of France, and his
wife.
Also
present was Mr. Sushil Mantri, President, CREDAI - Karnataka, in order to show
solidarity between CREDAI - Karnataka & BRAI after the recent signing of a
MoU between the two associations.
International
delegates present included Mr. Gilles Ricour De Bourgies, President
International FNAIM (French National Federation) Paris, Mr. Kirkor Ajderhanyan,
President, World Council of Brokers, FIABCI (International Real Estate
Federation), Mr. Timo Multanen, Immediate Past-President, CEPI (Council of
European Professionals), and Mr. Hovhannes Igityan, Director European Union
Chamber of Commerce and adviser to Kazakhstan, Russia & Ukraine.
The
international delegates presented mementos to Irshad Ahmed, President, BRAI,
and Mr. Sushil Mantri, CMD, Mantri Group. Kirkor Ajderhanyan presented a
memento to Mr. Irfan Razack, CMD, Prestige Group, for his contribution to the
Indian real estate sector.
With
European & Russian investors eyeing the Indian Real Estate market, Mr.
Kirkor feels, it is the right time to explore opportunities with them. While
Mr. Gilles felt the quality of construction in Bangaloru can be compared to
some of the facilities provided in Europe, Mr. Timo was impressed with the huge
growth of the professional real estate Industry in India over the last decade.
