Value and Budget Housing Corporation : 1,460 Affordable Flats in Bangalore

VBHC (Value and Budget Housing Corporation) has launched Phase II of its affordable (low cost) houses project, comprising about 1460 flats, in Bangalore.

The units consist of studio and 1 to 3 B H Ks ranging from 351 square feet to 1,002 square feet. The houses are priced between Rs 7.72 lakh & Rs 22.24 lakh.

VBHC has sold 1,100 flats and has handed over 400 flats in phase 1.(Vaibhava Phase 1)

Mr. Jaithirth Rao, Chairman, VBHC, said, “The launch of Vaibhava Phase II will provide home buyers flats at reasonable prices. The project is set to raise the standards of affordable housing, with several amenities catering to the multiple needs of the residents here.”

Highlights of Vaibhava Phase II..!

* The phase II will have 13 towers &  31 blocks.

* The project will also have a primary health centre, school, commercial complex and other amenities. The project is along the Chandapura-Anekal main road on the outskirts of the city.

* The company was able to deliver the first project in less than 24 months & was the fastest developer in the affordable housing segment.

VBHC plans to launch 9 budget homes across Bangalore, Mumbai, NCR & Baroda at a total cost of Rs. 300 crore. The projects, in total, will have 2,500 flats.

Recently, the company launched a project in Chennai, Tamilnadu.
