Hyderabad Metro Development Authority: Sell plots Through Electronic Bidding..!

The HMDA (Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority) has finalised plans to sell plots through electronic bidding and sealed tender approach.

The HMDA has notified that 42 plots are located in the prime areas of the twin cities of Hyderabad & Secunderabad at Nandagiri Hills, Tellapur, Gopannpally, Miyapur, the latter three close to IT hubs and other locations.

These plots are meant for residential, group housing, commercial use & for service establishments.

The upset price for Nandagiri plots of land is ranging from Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 25,000 for a square yard and for one acre site the starting price for bid is Rs. 18 crore for an acre.

According to the notification, the proposed plots of land for bidding are in well developed layouts with all basic amenities and will be sold as is where is basis.

Those interested can either access information through the authority website &  follow up the tender process or directly get in touch with certain designated officers including Estate Officer & Assistant Town Planning Officer. The date of commencement of the process has been notified as July 14, 2012. While the time for closure is August 7, 2012 the bids will be opened on August 8, 2012. These interested have to deposit earnest money of 10% of the total upset price.
