CREDAI Real Estate Awards 2012: Last date for receiving entries July 10, 2012

The Indian real estate sector is among the fastest growing sectors in the Indian economy with a potential to sustain this momentum as the economy continues to grow at a healthy pace &  income levels continue to rise in the coming years. In the long run, growth in the Indian real estate sector is expected to be driven by the rise in infrastructure spending by government, which in turn, will provide a thrust to real estate development. Real state sector which contributes more than US $ 4,000 crore  to the Indian economy is one of the major pillars of the growing economic superpower of India. While the GDP of the country grows at an annual 7.5 to 8.5% rate (approx.), the Real Estate sector's contribution to it is about 5 to 6%.
