Brigade Group has launched its Brigade Value Homes, a part of the Brigade Orchards, at Devanahalli in Bangalore.

Ravi, GM, BCV (Brigade Classic Valmark) Developers, said, “The first 2 blocks, Aspen &  Banyan, will together have a total of 528 flats of 2 bedroom (1,000 square feet) and 3 bedroom (1,200 square feet) with a total saleable area of nearly 5.8 lakh square feet.. The total revenue potential for us will be in the range of about Rs 160 crore”
