Bajaj Finserv Lending : Eligibility & Documents For Housing Loan..!

Bajaj Finserv Lending, the financing arm of Bajaj group, will offer housing loans to salaried individuals beginning October, 2012. Now, the firm gives loans to only self employed individuals only.
It plan to start offering housing loans to salaried individuals by end of this calendar year (2012)

Eligibility & Documents        
Eligibility
   ^ You must be an Indian Resident
    ^ You must be at least 28 years of age when the loan is sanctioned.
    ^ You must be employed or self-employed with a regular source of income.
   ^  The value of your property is a minimum of Rs. 60 lacs in case of Mumbai and Delhi, Rs.30 lacs for Panipat, Karnal and Yamunanagar and Rs. 45 lacs in case of other cities.
    ^ The required loan amount is a minimum of Rs. 50 lacs in case of Mumbai and Delhi, Rs. 25 lacs for Panipat, Karnal and Yamunanagar and Rs. 35 lacs in case of other cities.
