 Ruby Builders and Promoters was established in the year 1997. The portfolio of activities consists of building artistic houses, apartments, &  commercial complexes. The company conforms to ISO 9001 - 2008 standards.

MJF Ln. Dr. Ruby Manoharan, the Founder and Managing Director of Ruby Builders and Promoters is a former Indian Air Force Veteran. He ventured into this flagship Real Estate Enterprise with the right gear and a cautious riding style and is now the Managing Director of three other, the Ruby Manoharan Property Developers Private Limited, Ruby Manoharan Housing Private Limited &  Ruby Ceramics.

An altruistic person of great social values &  passion towards hard work and an unparalleled desire for excellence, he believes in doing right things at the right time in the right way. This conviction crowned him with several awards for excellence such as the BEST FLAT PROMOTERS AWARD for the year 2008-2009, the BEST BUSINESS ENTERPRENEUR award for the year 2009 and the SEVA RATNA, a prestigious award instituted for Corporate Social Responsibility. 

Dr. Manoharan believes in inclusive co-existential enterprising that saw him elected to the position of President of Flat Promoters Association, Chennai South Suburb from 2007 to 2009.
