The
NHB (National Housing Bank) Property price Index, NHB RESIDEX, for the January
to March 2012 quarter shows a mixed trend with 5 cities showing a rise and
10 recording a down.
The
lattest NHB RESIDEX is that five more
cities have been covered by India's first and only residential property price
index, taking the total to twenty The
new cities are Indore, Vijayawada, Ludhiana, Bhubaneswar and Guwahati. The
index of Bhubaneshwar at 162 at January to March 2012 Index.
