Various issues plaguing the Indian real estate sector will be discussed at a conclave to be organised in Mumbai on June 22, 2012 - Friday by CII (Confederation of Indian Industries ).
The Real Estate Conclave 2012 will be inaugurated by Maharashtra minister for housing Mr. Sachin Ahir.
The theme of the conference is 'Conservation, Consolidation and Growth: Defining Success for Realty'. Jones Lang LaSalle India (JLL India) chief & Country Head Mr. Anuj Puri will be conference chairman.
The seminar will discuss realty sector related issues such as high cost of labour, inputs & finance and regulatory delays, among others.
Besides, the meet will discuss aligning real estate development pipeline with portfolio management strategies of corporate occupiers, present & future of investable asset classes, safeguarding returns from luxury, mid segment and affordable (low cost) housings etc...!
